About the role

As a Paid Social Media Specialist with us, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid marketing efforts with a primary focus on paid traffic within social media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) as well as our affiliate channel. You will work both strategically and operationally with the goal of creating profitable growth and the best possible customer experience throughout the customer journey.

You will be part of a team that works with social media, content, influencer marketing, and photography. You will also collaborate with other teams and play an important role in ensuring that our campaigns are relevant, effective, and aligned with our brands. You will report to the Head of Agency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns within Paid social.

• Work data-driven with analysis, follow-up, reporting, and A/B testing.

• Develop and optimize our affiliate channel in dialogue with partners and networks.

• Ensure the right message, format, and content in collaboration with our brands.

• Identify new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience.

• Ensure that paid activities contribute to both short-term sales and long-term brand work.

• Contribute to the development, adaptation, and optimization of visual advertising material for different channels.

• Ensure that images, formats, and expressions are adapted to the channel, target audience, and purpose, in close collaboration with content, SoMe, and photography teams.

About you

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a couple of years of experience working with paid marketing, preferably within e-commerce. You have a good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and are used to working with analysis, optimization, and results focus.

We also believe that you are:

• Structured, self-driven, and responsible.

• Analytical with a strong commercial understanding.

• Curious and proactive with a desire to develop and improve.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Creative with a good sense of visual expression and how content performs in paid media.

You have excellent communication skills and express yourself well in both Swedish and English. We consider it a merit if you have experience in affiliate marketing, attribution/tracking. We also see it as a merit if you have experience in basic image editing and adapting ads as well as knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar. An interest in color, form, and visual communication is also a big plus.
